This Purchasing Agreement sets out the terms governing purchases completed through our online store. By submitting an order or completing a transaction through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these provisions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and applicable Claims or Returns Policy.
Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Purchasing Requirements
By submitting an order and completing payment through our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction, and are located in a jurisdiction where the purchase, importation, and use of our products are legally permitted.
You agree to use all products purchased through our store in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
For security, quality assurance, training, and administrative purposes, our customer support team may retain or record certain electronic or telephone communications where legally permitted.

3. Order Review & Administrative Rights
Avenorivaluxe reserves the right to review, verify, place on hold, suspend, or reject an order when reasonably necessary.
Orders may be canceled or declined for reasons that may include:
- Unexpected inventory shortages
- Suspected fraudulent or irregular payment activity
- Pricing displayed incorrectly because of technical or system errors
- Website or order-processing failures
- Other circumstances that may affect the validity or fulfillment of the transaction
We may request additional information or identity verification before dispatch where appropriate.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may also modify product prices, descriptions, specifications, availability, or promotional offers without prior notice.
4. Product Information & Representation
We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and specifications as accurately as possible.
Nevertheless, minor differences may occur due to factors such as:

- Manufacturing tolerances
- Hand-finishing and material characteristics

Accordingly, we do not guarantee that every color, measurement, finish, texture, or other visual characteristic shown online will exactly match the physical product received.
Where a delivered item materially differs from its published description, any available remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable Claims or Returns Policy.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information before completing payment, including where expedited or accelerated checkout options are offered.
5. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable measures to maintain accurate pricing throughout our online catalog. However, technical, typographical, administrative, or system errors may occasionally result in an incorrect price being displayed.
Avenorivaluxe is not required to honor an order submitted at a clearly incorrect price caused by such an error.
If a pricing error is identified, we may:
- Place the affected order on hold or cancel it
- Notify the customer by email
- Refund any amount already charged to the original payment method
We reserve the right to correct pricing and catalog information whenever necessary.
6. Inventory, Fulfillment & Delivery Estimates
Availability information shown on our Site is provided as a general indication and should not be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of stock.
Orders generally require approximately 3 business days for processing before dispatch.
After dispatch, estimated international delivery is approximately 10–20 business days.
Accordingly, the estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 13–23 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, customs delays, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Fulfillment or delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
An item listed as available may occasionally become unavailable before fulfillment is completed.
If this occurs, we will notify the customer, cancel the affected item where necessary, and adjust the applicable order amount accordingly.
7. International Purchases & Import Compliance
Customers purchasing products for delivery outside the seller's operating jurisdiction acknowledge that certain conditions may differ from one country or region to another, including:
- Region-specific warranty coverage may not be available.
- Certain local customer-service or support programs may not apply.
- Product care instructions or safety information may be provided only in English.
- Product labeling may not satisfy all requirements imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they purchase can be lawfully imported, received, and used in their destination country or region.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Depending on the destination and checkout configuration, certain taxes or charges may be calculated or collected during checkout.
Customers remain responsible for any additional customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, customs-clearance charges, or other government-imposed costs that become payable when an order enters the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are separate from the product price and standard shipping fee.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order are highly time-sensitive.
If you need to correct your shipping address, recipient information, telephone number, product size, color, quantity, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend submitting modification requests within 12 hours after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes where fulfillment has not yet begun. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.
An order may be canceled only if it has not yet been dispatched and the cancellation can still be processed before shipment.
10. Claims, Damaged Products & Resolution
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Claims should include:
- Order Number
- Email address associated with the order
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or video where applicable
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

11. Shipping Risk & Delivery Issues
Estimated delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, severe weather, and supply-chain interruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for following applicable carrier instructions.
Where carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, delivery will generally be considered completed, subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Purchasing Agreement and transactions conducted through the Avenorivaluxe online store shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this agreement or a transaction through our Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or modify this Purchasing Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, services, or legal requirements.
Any updated version will become effective when published on our Site, unless a different effective date is stated.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Purchasing Agreement is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
